We'll be there whenever you arrive. No anonymous front desk — we meet you at the door with a neighborhood welcome kit.
Fresh sheets and towels, not washed on site. We confirm the cleaning with a photo the day before you arrive.
Events: no. Parties: no. It's respect for the neighbor who lives upstairs all year round.
If something goes wrong, we reply within 30 min during business hours and always within 2 hours. There's a real person on the other end.
Before you book
We don't ask for a deposit or pre-authorize your card. We trust people who book direct — we've never needed one in 4 years.
Casa Higuera (fishing quarter) does: it has a garden. The others don't, because of size and neighbors. No extra charge for well-behaved dogs.
