Welcome
We'll be there whenever you arrive. No anonymous front desk — we meet you at the door, show you what matters and leave you a neighborhood welcome kit.
Cleaning
Fresh sheets and towels, not washed on site. Deep cleaning after every checkout — we confirm it with a photo the day before you arrive.
Quiet
Events: no. Parties: no. More than 6 people at Casa Higuera: no. It's not a tourist restriction — it's respect for the neighbor who lives upstairs all year round.
Support
If something goes wrong — a fuse, a key, the wifi — we reply within 30 min during business hours, and always within 2 hours. There's a real person on the other end of the phone.

On the corner of Calle Granada. Rustic bread — best to get there early. If you run into Mari, tell her you're with Caleta.
12:00
Calle Mariblanca. Ensaladilla (Spanish potato salad), garlic prawns, cured ham. No reservations — get there at 1:30 PM, before it fills up.
17:00
A 25-minute walk up, or take bus 35. The best light is between 6:00 and 7:30 PM, depending on the month.
22:00
Plaza de los Mártires. Kitchen open until midnight. A selection of fine wines. Book a day ahead.
Before you book
We don't ask for a deposit or pre-authorize your card. We trust people who book direct. If there's ever serious damage, we talk about it in person — we've never needed to in 4 years.
We don't run our own pickup, but we'll arrange a private Cabify for €38 with a driver we know. He'll message you when your flight lands.
Casa Higuera (fishing quarter) does: it has a garden. The others don't, because of size and neighbors. No extra charge for well-behaved dogs.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before. After that: 50%. Same night: full charge. If something serious comes up, we talk before applying it.
We are, but booking direct here is 15-18% cheaper than the same dates on Booking. It's the commission you save. You keep it.
