The clinic

Eleven years in the neighborhood, four humans and lots of paw prints.

A small clinic with a friendly waiting room, no upselling protocols, and a phone that gets answered.

Pelusa's case

A real medical history.

Friday 11:40 PM

The emergency

Pelusa, a 9-year-old mixed breed, arrived with severe difficulty breathing. Initial diagnosis: pleural effusion. X-ray and ultrasound within the first hour.

That night

The treatment

Drainage, biopsy and a treatment plan the same night. The Holloway family slept in the waiting room — with coffee on the house.

2 weeks

The improvement

Clinical improvement confirmed with a follow-up scan. Monthly follow-up plan and medication adjustment.

6 months

The beach

Pelusa still plays on Carvajal beach every Saturday. The family sends us photos. We keep every one.
