Do you offer your own pet insurance?+

We don't sell insurance. We work with several providers (Pet+ and AnimalPet) and explain what each one covers, no strings attached. If your pet isn't insured, we'll talk about a payment plan for long treatments.

Do you only see dogs and cats?+

Mostly dogs and cats, but also rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets and small birds. Reptiles and other exotics: we refer you to a specialist colleague at no referral cost.

Humane euthanasia?+

Yes, with all the respect it deserves. Scheduled appointment, no waiting room, usually at home if the family prefers. We're with you before and after.

Do you see walk-ins?+

For emergencies, always. For check-ups and vaccines, it's better to book by WhatsApp or phone. There's usually an opening within 48-72 h.

How much does it cost to spay or neuter my cat?+

Female: €175 (includes pre-anesthetic bloodwork, surgery, day hospital, stitch removal). Male: €110. No hidden fees.
