The bar and the dining room

What comes across the bar.

Tapas from memory, made with produce from the Atarazanas market. Prices include bread and the house dressing.

Grandma's ensaladilla (potato & tuna salad)

6,50 €

The 1987 original, untouched

The founding recipe. If we ever change it, shut the tavern down.

Oxtail croquetas

9,00 €

Six pieces

Thin crust, 12-hour braise. They leave the kitchen six at a time and there's no stopping it.

Gilda malagueña (anchovy, pepper & olive skewer)

3,50 €

Anchovy · piparra pepper · aloreña olive

Vermouth begs for it. The olive is aloreña; the rest is northern tradition.

Grilled octopus

16,00 €

With smoked parmentier

Holm-oak embers and a touch of Vera paprika. The dish that gets the most photos and needs them least.

Spanish omelet in two textures

5,50 €

Juicy inside, golden outside

Out at 1:30 pm and 8:30 pm. When the batch is gone, it's gone.

Vermouth on tap

4,00 €

With its orange slice and olive

On tap, cold, and with a splash of soda if you ask for it the old-school way.
