Is the consultation paid?+
Yes, €60 — thirty minutes of real clinical time and a written plan within 48 hours. It's deducted from your first ritual if you decide to continue.
Do you photograph your patients?+
Only inside the clinic, under standardized light, attached to your medical record. No reel of your face will ever exist on social media.
Can I bring prescriptions from my dermatologist?+
Yes. Your dermatologist's plan is welcome in writing and is folded into ours. We don't compete with your other clinicians.
Do you see patients in other languages?+
Spanish and English with the whole team; German with Dr. Torres. We answer your email in your language within 24 hours.
