Soupy rice with carabineros (red prawns)
It's not paella. It's a soupy rice served in the cazuela, with fish stock reduced for three hours and two carabineros per person. The wait is part of the dish.
Five Frigiliana figs, split by hand and bathed in reduced muscat wine. A quenelle of cardamom ice cream made fresh every morning.

Yes, with no separate menu: four starters and two mains without animal protein change with the season. Tell us when you book and we'll prepare a surprise dish for you.
Do you serve tourists or only locals?+
Both. The menu is in ES, EN and DE. The kitchen doesn't change. If you tell us about an allergy or a dietary habit, we'll respect it without any fuss.
