Why won't you give me a quote over the phone?+
Because the same symptom can be a €40 part or a €400 one. With a photo, plate number and OBD diagnostics we give you a fixed quote in writing. No surprises when you pick up the car.
What warranty do you give on repairs?+
New parts: 24 months or 40,000 km (whichever comes first). Labor: 6 months. All in writing on the invoice. We honor the warranty, no arguments.
Do you work with company cars or fleets?+
Yes. We have agreements with four local fleets of up to 18 vehicles. Fixed rate, monthly invoicing, pickup and delivery if needed.
Can I bring my own parts?+
Yes, but the part's warranty is the supplier's, not ours. We do warranty the labor. Better to talk it over before we start.
Hybrids and EVs?+
Yes. Training and certified equipment for high voltage (up to 800V). Common makes: Tesla Model 3/Y, Hyundai Ioniq, Toyota hybrids.
