Within 72 hours we deliver a 4-8 page legal opinion: legal analysis, courses of action, expected timelines and a fixed or estimated quote.

Engagement and retainer
If you decide to retain us, we sign an engagement letter with a transparent initial retainer. No surprises later.

Case handling
At least one update a month on top of the natural progress of the case. Your lead attorney stays the same from day one until resolution.

Closing the file
An itemized final statement at closing. A digital and paper copy of the complete file handed to the client. Legal archive kept for 10 years.

Is the first meeting really paid?+
Yes. €150 + VAT. The reason is simple — a serious attorney gives you a prepared hour, not a sales call. If you end up at the wrong firm, you still leave with a useful legal opinion.
Do you work with legal expenses insurance?+
We're compatible with ARAG, Mapfre and DAS for certain areas. At the first meeting we'll tell you whether your policy covers your case and how it fits alongside our fees.
Do you take criminal cases?+
No. It's a deliberate decision. When one of our clients needs criminal defense, we refer them to two specialist firms we trust. No commission.
Do you work in other languages?+
Yes. Marta works in German and French. James, our British of-counsel, handles matters in English. All documents are professionally certified-translated whenever needed.
How much does an uncontested divorce cost?+
With no children or significant assets, a fixed quote from €900 + VAT + court fees. With children or international assets, legal opinion first, then a fixed quote. No variable fees.
